ABOUT US

Connecting and Advancing Therapeutic Family Law Professionals

Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Workers that specialise in family law are an often isolated yet highly committed and experienced group of professionals working in a highly conflictual and difficult area of practice.  The TFLP association has been developed to help support, connect and further educate professionals in this field. Whether you are a provider of therapeutic support in the area of family law and/or a family report writer, we are here to provide a professional educated alliance of similiar therapeutic providers.

WHAT WE DO

Bridging the Gap between Therapeutic Family Law and Legal Professionals

The Association of TFLP aims to assist in bridging the gap between therapeutic family law practitioners and other professionals working within the space of family law.  This includes Parenting Coordinators, Mediators, Lawyers, Independent Children’s Lawyers, Barristers and Judical Officers.  These are the professionals we work aside everyday however there is a large gap between us and the interlay of the family law system through social science is far from intergrated.
